Urgent Appointments Available
We accept most plans from Anthem Blue Cross, MODA, Aetna, Cigna, Providence and Pacific Source for medical dermatology needs. We accept checks, cash and credit cards for self-pay patients. We'd prefer not to take AMEX since their % is higher than the other credit cards. We do not accept Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.
Since we do not participate in Medicare any longer, Medicare requires the patient to sign an opt-out form to see one of us.
Free Parking
Located in Lake Oswego on Meadows Rd, parallel to Kruse Way, we have a large easily accessible parking lot that is free to park in. There are disabled parking spots, but if you are on crutches, please bring someone with you to assist you with opening front door.
Convenient Fingerstick Labs
For our isotretinoin patients, we have the Piccolo lab system to make the IPLEDGE system more convenient. We can get your lipid panel and liver function panel done in about 10 minutes with a sample from a fingerstick. If you prefer the arm vein puncture method, we will refer you out to a laboratory.
Typically Punctual
We know that your time is valuable too. We tend to run on time and we do not double book appointments. I can't guarantee on any particular day someone won't get 15-20 minutes behind, but 95% of the time we all run on-time. Please call ahead if you are going to be late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule you.
