Aggressive microneedling offers similar results to combining microneedling and radiofrequency or microneedling with PRP. The adjunct PRP treatment greatly increases the price of treatment. Radiofrequency done too aggressively can distort and scar the skin. Overcooked skin is not fixable.
We use the Collagen P.I.N.® and get outstanding results with solo aggressive microneedling. I love it when patients say microneedling done in a dermatology office is very different from the other places doing it.
Another example of the value at KDA: facial fillers! A med spa may offer someone a 'great deal' on 3 syringes of filler.
