Marla Klein MD LLC dba Klein Dermatology & Associates (“Klein Dermatology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an SMS text messaging program to communicate with patients who have opted in to receive text messages.

1. SMS Messaging Program

By opting in to receive text messages from Klein Dermatology, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your care and our practice, which may include:

  • Appointment reminders, confirmations, and scheduling updates
  • Appointment rescheduling and cancellation notifications
  • Office hours, closures, and location updates
  • Patient service communications and responses to inquiries
  • Other administrative messages related to your care or our services

Message content and frequency may vary depending on your interactions with our office and the services you request.

2. Message Frequency and Fees

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. Klein Dermatology is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

3. Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you choose to opt in again.
